Blogtober Day 21

I had a beautiful walk to work this morning. The air was fresh and cool; the sun was peeking out from behind the clouds and the eucalypts are in full bloom.

High in the treetops, the Magpies were warbling, the Rosellas and the Lorikeets were squabbling with each other over nesting sites and the Noisy Miners were being, well, noisy as they defended their territory.  It was a perfect start to the day.

    1. Nature is indeed wonderful. I also have a pair of rosellas who nest in the hollow of the White Cedar trees across the road from me. I'm lucky to have large windows in the front of my home where I can watch their antics.

  2. The pretty seed heads on your shrub are wonderful. Good to see some blue clouds. Jo x

    1. The seed heads make a nice addition to dried floral arrangements which is what I tend to do with them.
